I have five children ranging in ages from 32 to 12, and I tell them all that each are responsible for the world in a much different way than any generation before them. This book was purchased to help raise their awareness. My oldest son and his girlfriend are intellectual vegan college students who are striving towards a self-sustained, minimalistic, and low negative impact on our earth lifestyle. She couldn't put it down when they visited, so I gave it to her. I'll order one for ME next month! I have a few more kids, and they all need a peek at the invaluable information in this book.
