I was very disappointed with this book. Many of the tips are ridiculous, such as, use a maxi pad on the inside of your hat to prevent sweat stains. I don't know about most people, but I'd prefer to have sweat stains than a maxi pad on my hat. Another handy use for your extra maxi pads are to use them as knee pads while cleaning the floor, not gonna happen! The only tip I found useful was to use a bounce dryer sheet in lieu of a Swiffer pad, unfortunately the bounce sheet is too small for my Swiffer mop. Look at that, I just saved you the cost of the book.

This book was very dissapointing. If you take out the double spacing and space between paragraphs, this book would be about 1/4 of its length. I was not all that impressed with the hints, all stuff I had heard before. If you want to buy this book, it will be at my next garage sale in the 25 cent box.

I really like this book. Simple solutions to everyday problems with everyday items. I've used Colgate toothpaste to patch a nail hole when I ran out of putty and now I have more solutions. Great book.
