This is a nice book. It has good ideas for attracting birds. I am a bit skeptical about some of the recipes given for homemade bird feed, but over all it is a fairly good book.

Teh book is a great layout to just open it up and read, or read it cover to cover. The book offered recipies for bird food and I really enjoyed that the book listed native species for your area that you can plant to attract birds. Even though you are trying to attract birds, it is important not to bring in invasive non-native species into your yard, and this book addresses these issues...a great addition to your library, as it was mine

This was a handy book for learning how to attract and feed birds in your yard. Some information was repeated, but the tips were generally well-presented.I think this is especially useful for beginners or those trying to attract specific birds to their yard for the first time.

I enjoyed this book for exactly what the description entailed. Identifing bird species was not listed. This book is a wonderful addition to my personal library.

I bought this book because I wanted to identify the different birds that are coming to eat out the bird feeder in my yard. This book is great for everything except finding & seeing pictures of different species. I would only buy this book if your not wanting species & pics of birds. I am going to donate it to the library & see if I can find the one I want there.
